Vital Concept inaugurates a new storage space
An additional 2,300 m² for an ever more complete offer.

Vital Concept is constantly developing. The range of its products is growing day by day and today more than 14,500 products are on offer.
To meet the new needs of his warehouse, Patrice Étienne decided to expand and have an additional building constructed. Semi-open, with a surface area of 2,300 m2, it is now possible to store many outdoor products (wooden posts, stakes, decking wood, etc.).
Since its creation in Loudéac in 1996, Vital Concept has always stored all its products on its own premises. Initially, 1000 m² of surface area was used to store the 2000 or so products offered by the company. Over the years, the offer and the team have grown and the infrastructure has had to be adapted.
In 2008, Vital Concept moved from Calouët to the Très le Bois Industrial Estate, still in Loudéac. An administrative building, a showroom and a 10,000m² storage warehouse were built. Divided into two units, it can store all the different product families on sale.
A third storage unit was built in 2014, with a dedicated place for the storage of dangerous products. The same year, the sales area of the showroom was doubled.
Today, the number of products exceeds 14,500 and a new building has therefore been constructed to meet the company’s growing needs.

In addition to the expansion of the storage warehouse, the company doubled the parking space for employees.
